Exhibitors please note:

• It is a requirement for all equines to travel with their passports.
• Passports must be produced on show day.
• Equine premises number must accompany all entries.
• While every effort has been made to avoid classes clashing, events on Show Day may cause classes to clash.
• Competitors are asked to be on time

PLEASE NOTE:

• Rings will begin on time. Please be on time for your classes to keep things moving.
• It is up to competitors to be at the ring for the start of their classes.
• Horse riding is a dangerous sport and all competitors in ridden classes are strongly advised, for their own safety, to wear appropriate head gear which complies with up-to-date safety standards.
• Exhibitors are advised to ensure that their public liability policy covers the exhibition of livestock at Public Shows.
